APPOINTMENTS
To secure your appointment, we’ll request a credit card number for full payment in advance. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
24-hour minimum notice is required for the cancellation or re-scheduling of any single treatments. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--we'll expect you to be there. A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
REFUNDS
The Green Spa does not offer refund, exchange on retail products, or spa treatments. All Services are Non-Refundable. All Sells are Final.
GRATUITIES
Prices do not include gratuity and gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests. We do not add gratuities to credit card charges, instead they may be left in cash. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the reception desk.
PRICES
The Green Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some treatments may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant. We do not perform any massage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we recommend that you leave your valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the lost or damage of personal articles. All valuables brought to our Spa should be kept with you at all times.
